At this time, ABH is offering virtual and onsite appraisals. The standard appraisal process includes an examination, assessment, inventory, photography, market research and property valuation presented in a USPAP-compliant appraisal report.

As a not-for-profit association representing the most rigorously trained appraisers, the ISA requires all appraisal reports to be written in compliance with the Uniform Standards of the Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and meet all applicable IRS requirements.
